Arm Balancing Workshop
Join us with instructor Rubén del Bosque for an introduction and exploration of arm balancing asana. This Arm Balancing Workshop is designed to release tension and stress while exploring the vast possibilities of having an open heart, expanded lungs, relaxed shoulders, a stronger - more stable core.
Let’s play with gravity as we learn the basics; skeletal and muscular joint actions, and the anatomy of poses that make you feel like you’re flying. Much like a bird in flight, we choose to connect to the element of that which surrounds us...air. We will find our way to balance with increased muscular knowledge and improved muscle memory for stronger, more stable arm balancing.
This workshop is for intermediate level yogis, with at minimum a weekly practice.
